All API calls made to the Translate By Humans API are private. This means you need to obtain an access token before making any calls to the API. If the access token expires, you must refresh it first.

Developers using restful API will have to pass the Auth Key in the header of the restful API. Using the PHP SDK instead can help you skip this step as SDK passes the Auth Key by itself.

    Request Method  : POST
    ContentType : application/x-www-form-urlencoded
    Request Url : API_BASE_URL/API_VERSION/token

    Parameters : 
    client_id : TBH-XXXXXXXXXXX 
    client_secret : **************************************
    client_public : **************************************

Fill in the client parameters with your set of credentials. This method will return a JSON object as output with the following attributes -

  1. data : contains the access token
  2. message : contains the status message of the request.
  3. error_code: If the method fails for some reason, you can use this error code to debug. For a complete list of error codes and what they mean read this.
